New Team Member Spotlight: Stella Park, Research Assistant II

We’re thrilled to introduce the newest addition to our team here at EVALCORP! As we continue to expand and evolve, we’re excited to welcome individuals who bring not only talent but also a passion for growth and connection. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on Stella Park, who brings a unique blend of enthusiasm and skills to our team.

Stella supports project teams on a wide range of evaluation activities in the fields of public health, mental health, and criminal justice. As a Research Assistant II, she leverages her expertise in data collection tool development, facilitation of stakeholder interviews and learning sessions, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and report development to support the execution of work plans and implement projects for our diverse clientele. Stella maintains expertise in Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs), Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, and literature review development. Prior to joining EVALCORP, Stella served as a Research Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing her work on developing and implementing trauma and PTSD-related treatment programs for older veterans residing in rural areas.

  • Q: If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
  • A: Ramen – because who can resist the divine combo of noodles and soup? Plus, with a wide variety of ramen noodles to choose from, so I’ll never get sick of it 😊
  • Q: What everyday activity would you win a gold medal in if it were suddenly an Olympic event and why?
  • A: Parallel Parking. I’ve mastered the art of squeezing into tight spots with precision and finesse.
  • Q: What most excites you about joining EVC team and why?
  • A: The thrill of continuous growth and learning! I’m excited to be part of a team where challenges are embraced, curiosity is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to expand my research and consulting skills and expertise. My short time here at EVC has already been a whirlwind of learning, and I’m eager to ride the exponential growth curve alongside such a dynamic group!
  • Q: What skill are you most excited about sharing with our clients, team, and communities?
  • A: My greatest strength lies in empathy and fostering deep, meaningful relationships. I believe that understanding the needs, emotions, and perspectives of others is fundamental to creating impactful solutions and fostering genuine connections. Through empathy, I aim to cultivate an environment of trust, collaboration, and inclusivity within our team, with our clients, and in our community.
