On October 30th, EVALCORP hosted a hybrid Halloween party, with team members joining in person at our corporate office and virtually via Zoom. The event featured a costume contest, taco party, themed game of jeopardy, and plenty of sweet treats!
The in-person team came together at our corporate office, which was decked out with festive decorations, while our remote colleagues tuned in via Zoom to show off their own costumes. Our team of evaluators are as creative as they are data-driven; they showed out in a variety of costumes (Minion, Moo Deng, Formal Apology, Sally Who Sells Sea Shells by the Sea Shore, Kill Bill, Trinity, Buddy the Elf, Pink Lady, Cult Leader, Bat, and Timon)!
No party is complete without delicious food, and we went all out with a catered taco feast. For those with a sweet tooth, we indulged in Halloween-themed cupcakes and the classic seasonal favorite—candy corn. (Did you know candy corn was originally called “chicken feed”? We learned this fun fact during our Halloween-themed game of Jeopardy!)
Speaking of Jeopardy, our team participated in a spirited Halloween-themed edition of the game, packed with spooky trivia and surprising facts that had everyone on the edge of their seats. From Halloween history to quirky candy trivia, the competition was friendly but fierce. It was a perfect way to mix a little learning with laughter.
In the end, the party was more than just costumes and candy—it was a chance to bond, share some laughs, and enjoy time together as a team. Whether in-person or over Zoom, the event embodied the fun, inclusive, and collaborative spirit that makes EVALCORP special.
